The ADAPT 1 is a .9mm CURV® adaptor that allows for the integration of a 1 column MOLLE pouch at almost any angle onto the following compatible belt mounting options:
Blade-Tech® Tek-Lok® hole patterns
Safariland QLS, ELS, and standard hole patterns
Blade-Tech Tek-Lok® and TMMS
Blackhawk belt clips and hole pattern

The ADAPTÂ 1 can also be used as a MOLLE to MOLLE attachment strap or a Kydex pouch to MOLLE attachment.

It was hard to find good mounting options other than molle sticks and velcro. I have this attached to the dangler which holds my med kit. Super easy to mount, no sag, no shifting and my med kits sits snug against the dangler molle.
