The Sturdy Wing allows you to take advantage of previously un-utilized space to the bow or stern of the holster without directly mounting to the holster itself. It can be used to either replace the stiffener plate, or mounted in conjunction to provide additional rigidity.
The Sturdy Wing will ship with additional hardware which is longer for mounting to your Bang Hanger should you elect to run the Sturdy Wing in addition to the stiffener plate. If replacing the stiffener plate with a Sturdy Wing, the standard Bang Hanger hardware can be used.
The Sturdy Wing is available in either a MOLLE or Holes option.

Added this (molle version) to my Bang Hanger to mount a TQ pouch in front of my Rapid Force holster. It is comfortable on 12 hour shifts and keeps the TQ accessible to either hand. Recommended !
