Returns:
Contact us at guardian.warrior.solutions@gmail.com to return or exchange an order. Please include the order number and “Return” in the subject line. Any order placed within the last 90 days is eligible for a return and full refund minus the cost for shipping.
Order Shipment:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one week. But due to the time constraints of being employed by full-time law enforcement officers, order fulfillment can take up to 10 business days if order volume is high. Nylon products may require longer processing times.
Warranty:
Contact us at guardian.warrior.solutions@gmail.com if your gear is affected by a use of force or similar event while performing your duties. We may request pictures, a follow up email or call, or to send back the item in return for a replacement product.
